Wayne & Peggy Olson - Emeritus Leaders and Kinship Groups

Wayne and Peggy have been happily married for 56 years. They have two daughters and three grandchildren. 

Both Wayne and Peggy first came to know Christ as Lord and Savior in their youth. Wayne and Peggy raised their family in an Assembly of God church and sent both daughters to a Christian school from the middle grades through graduation. They have served in their church body in several capacities: children's bus ministry, bus maintenance, head ushers, greeters, nursery workers and cleaners for the church and pastor's home. Wayne and Peggy attended a Vineyard church in Southern California for approximately ten years and were a part of the leadership team for approximately six years. They enjoyed hosting and facilitated a Vineyard home group. 

Wayne and Peggy moved to Del Norte from Southern California in 2006 and now attend their wonderful, Spirit led "The River" with Steven Perez as their pastor and friend!
